Who
De Vierslag is a vegetable and fruit company of Cécile Lanting. Every Friday her farm shop is open in Nieuweroord (Drenthe) and every Saturday she is at the Noordermarkt with delicious fresh fruit and vegetables.
What
De Vierslag has been on the Noordermarkt with fruit and vegetables since 1998. Since 2016 under the guidance of Cécile. De Vierslag sells products from its own garden. Like the tomato, pepper, pepper, palm cabbage, purslane, bacon beans and much more. This varies per season and per year.
The other half of the vegetable comes from fellow growers, from the Flevo and the Northeast Polder, but also from Drenthe.
Cécile is proud of her stall.
Unique
The fruit and vegetables is harvested every week on Thursday and Friday mornings. So all the products are super fresh when it is on the stall at Biologische Noordermarkt Amsterdam.
