Crêperie Superlatif comes from the province Noord Holland. Latif Moses and her mother bakes crepes on the Noordermarket every Saturday.
Since 1999 Crêperie Superlatif can be found on the organic Noordermarkt. The ladies make their crepes according to Breton recipe, sweet and savory. For the sweet batter they use wheat flour and for the savory batter they use buckwheat flour. They search for the best quality in all of their ingredients.
Latif bakes with flour from Brittany. Because, especially the buckwheat flour that is sold in the Netherlands did not meet the quality requirements. In Brittany, Latif has found a miller who grinds the organic buckwheat into flour through a water mill. The quality and taste is superb, visit them and taste it!
